I've been told that its the "Best Worse Movie Ever Made" does anyone know where i can find it?
It's not too hard to come by; It's in the public domain, so you can probably find a VHS copy at your local record store for $10 or so, or at one of your cooler rental places. Even if you have to hunt, though, it's totally worth it; You won't find a more consistantly unintentionally hilarious movie anywhere.
I just put something else but I think Plan 9 may be my favorite movie of all time
You can't beat "Plan Nine," not even with a stick. But make it the pinnacle of a whole Ed Wood experience. Start from the bottom, work your way down (sic).
Recommended Plan Of Attack:
1. Tim Burton's "Ed Wood;"
2. The documentary "Flying Saucers Seen Over Hollywood;"
3. "Bride Of The Monster;"
4. "Night Of The Ghouls;"
5. "Plan Nine From Outer Space"
From there, you may pursue Ed's other masterpieces. "Glen Or Glenda?" is a scream in places, but I can't sit through the whole thing. "Jail Bait" is a howler all the way through for me, but others hate it. "Orgy of the Dead" is torture, but it's also like a car accident: you have to look. Check Ed Wood's list at the IMDB and pick your poisons carefully.
Also recommended: the book "Nightmare of Ecstasy" by Rudolph Grey. There's s*** in there that can't even be DESCRIBED on film. Eurgh. One thing's sure--we'll never know the real story.
S0unds like a plan, Squish.
....The dvd that includes "Flying saucers over hollywood" is the one to get,IMOH.
the book was great.
