Yep, Sci-Fi's doing a fantastic job of alienating their viewers.
I saw that over at Slashdot. What the heck? They have screwed up "The Outer Limits" in my opinion and all-to-often show films that require lots of editing. Plus, what the hey, they did not renew MST3K.
"Farscape" was probably the only reason I tuned into SciFi anymore.
f**k! That was one of my favourite shows! Hope they didn't end it with a cliffhanger.
Sci-Fi should change it's name to the "Anything But Sci-Fi" channel. More bad horror movies and fantasy than anything else, now a days.
Are they still playing Crossing Over on that channel? Am I wrong in thinking that that show was anything but Science Fiction? Is there anyone there that knows what Science Fiction is?
I know I'm over reacting, especially over a show I never watched regularly to begin with (always meant to, never actually did). But their progaming decisions have got to be the DUMBEST I've heard about.
Cancel popular shows. Out of the blue.
Can anyone say "money problems"?
No...no Cullen, i have to say "Severe Rectal-carinial inversion" is involved. These idiots have lost me too. No more Original programing ( Sci-fi buzz, War room), no more classic movies. Just lame "Prison break in space" flicks, for those who can't get thier death by vaccume of space fill, or cheap ass horror flicks out the wazoo.
....Now, they cancel one of the few new shows that has style.
....Idiots! I so need a beer...............................
*Ouch*
My wife and I loved watching Farscape together, it was one of the few Sci-Fi shows she enjoyed. Had great characters, excellent writing and incredible stories. One of the better done and most original things to be on T.V in years
Sci-Fi channels been messing with Farscape's schedule for most of it's history, though. A couple new episodes for a few weeks, then off the air for a few months, then back on.
Does this mean Farscape is dead? Or can someone else pick it up?
