I was trying to remember a movie i saw only once some time back. I think it was a 70's type movie and what I can remember of it - i think it was a woman who was taken to some kind of rural farm which was really a vampire society. I feel like there were people there who were like cattle, maybe willing cattle, in order to feed the vampires. Or maybe they were under mind control, i don't know. I can't remember if they had any telepathic mind reading skills, seems like she (or he or whoever) eventually wanted to escape or something. Sound familiar? I'd like to give more details but i can't remember much about this movie to be sure what i remember was actually from this film. I don't know if in the end this cultish like society was destroyed or something, i wanna think it was. I think people might have been wearing similar like clothes, but maybe not. ?

Yep, that sounds like it alright, thanks! I remember it was one of those films that you had your finger on the remote to change stations but for some reason you can't stop watching. As far as vampire films go it was actually a good idea, I mean if they existed today better to have a "dairy farm" or willing participants vs. having to hunt your meal every nite and risk getting caught. ;-)
