GATTACA is actually a good film in a good way. Movie takes place in the near future and is about DNA. Alot and I mean alot of DNA types situations. I would give it a 5, but I don't like films with to much visually dark setting or scenes, I like films with lots of sunlight in them or just light in general. To many films are made to visually dark.

I liked Gattaca. Not the greatest film ever, but serious sci-fi handled respectfully. Not exactly what I would call a *bad* movie, but one that went relatively unnoticed by mainstream movie goers.
I like this one too.
I met Jude Law once. He was nice.
I really like this movie; it shows that in the end our humanity prevails. To me this is certainly a masterpiece.
It was alright. I prefer HARRISON BERGERON.
I think this is one of the best, most thought-provoking SF films ever. Among futuristic SF films, it's up there with Metropolis, Things to Come, Blade Runner and Until the End of the World, in my book (Yes, I liked Until the End of the World).
I haven't seen Until the End of the World for years. About all I remember was it had a great soundtrack and a cool car crash. It seemed wandering and disjointed to me at the time. I'll have to try to see it again and see what I think of it after all these years. When did it come out? About 91-92?
