i was recently watching mutant x... quite the pathetic show... and anyway... tha guy that does tha electric thing wif his hands was in a fight scene... he had a lead pipe and was attacking 3 otha guyz wif it... really dramatically smacking them in the head with the sound effects and stuff... and they just kept gettin up.... no matter how much he hit em... then u watch otha movies where sum girl is gettin attacked, so she hits tha guy wif a baseball bat... they r instantly knocked unconscious, shows should have sum rule booky thing on how much they can suk.
I can't stand Mutant X.. It suffers from BAD CASTING! So many shows could be so much better had they cast better actors in them. They always go for the good looking people. They shoul'ds cast me in it! Lol!
I meant to say that they always cast ATTRACTIVE unknown actors and they almost always suck. In my opinion casting makes all the difference! Can you imagine if Robert Zemeckis DIDN'T cast Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump??!! (an example) I can imagine all of the producers in the viewing room watching their latest production of Mutant X. They're all probably ATTRACTIVE YOUNG PEOPLE sitting around a table congratulating themselves on how good a job they did and HOW ATTRACTIVE THEY ARE. I'm no Brad Pitt but I can guarantee you that if I were in that boardroom I'd be tearing each of them a new a***ole and telling them THEY SUCK!!!!!! They already know by now that their show stinks due to poor ratings. They should let me make a new show. I have imagination. I'd cast some of the ugliest TALENTED f**ks this side north of the equator. I'm like most of you guys and I know what people REALLY WANT! I'd make a KICKASS show!! So many times I think to myself..."had they only let ME produce this." I don't think, I KNOW that I could do better!

I still don't know how they managed to score Andy Warhol in that show, especially considering he's dead and all
But shows like that seem to be Hollywood's version of WorkFare or something, an excuse to give a paycheck to othewise unemployed (and probably unemployable) actors and especially actresses with little talent but other...assets
alot of movies that i see, theres alwayz sumthin to pick on in it... alot of tha times its bad casting
>and they just kept gettin up.... no matter how much he hit em
I watched the season premiere of Mutant X this past weekend and I thought the fight scenes were a step below last season. They looked clumsy.
As for people not getting injured; in the Robocop series he used to punch people in the face, they'd fly across the room, and yet they still survived. Personally, I think getting hit in the face with something metal hard enough to knock you across the room would kill most people.
