Holy crap what an awful film, but very funny regardless! The main actor, know as "Trash" (hahaha!) looks like he belongs in one of those 80's glam metal bands. The story is that for whatever reason The Bronx has become a wasteland and the government wants to destroy it and rebuild it into a nice area for people to live in. However, there are gangs and stubborn home owners who don't want to leave the Bronx, so a team of "exterminators" are sent in to either remove the people or kill them if they refuse to leave. These "exterminators" wear silver motorcycle outfits and helmets and carry flame throwers. They also drive gray delivery trucks! Henry Silva (main bad guy in Steven Seagal's first film "Above the Law") is the head of these exterminators. I'm sure this movie is on his resume!
What made me laugh most of all was how easily Trash and the rest of the gang members can blow up trucks and helicopters with their small weapons. For instance, at the beginning of the film Trash fires 6 shots from his revolver at a helicopter and it blows up!! Later on another gang member shoots one round from a shotgun at a truck and it blows up! Trash's motorcycle is also another highlight of the movie because it has a cheesy looking skull on the front that actually lights up when he's driving it! Oh, and the final battle at the end of the movie is so quick it's ridiculous. Henry Silva is driving the delivery truck at Trash at top speed. Trash jumps out of the way last second, and as Henry Silva drives by Trash fires six shots from his cap-gun looking revolver at the truck and it blows up! No big fist-fight, no dialogue, nothing! That's it, that's the end battle scene.
Anybody who enjoys a retarded movie with tons of mistakes should definitely pick this one up! It's a classic!

P.S. If anybody has already scene this, what's the deal with that weird scene with Henry Silva and the appointed new President guy when they suddenly turn gay when they're standing next to the delivery truck?? Anybody know what I'm talking about? I'd swear they were checking each other out, looking each other up and down and staring more than they should when they're saying "see you later". Weird!
Good eph. of MST, good review at Teleport City. Silly ass movie all ways around.
....A clasic of it kind.
Make it a double feature and catch "The Warriors" for another romp across gang=filled New York
