I once saw a movie where a soldier was coming back from war and went to see his wife or fiance who was staying at a church. But before he got there the nuns strangled her. It was set in the desert I believe, and in medival times. I probably saw this movie in the early '90s if that helps.
And not to confuse you folks, but it actually may have been set in the near present because there may have been cars wrecks (dead cars lying around) in it. It was so long ago I may be thinking of 2 different movies.
I'm looking at getting Cannibal Holocaust cause I've heard it's realy good (and bad). But theres so many releases out. Which one has the most footage?
Also, does anyone know about the Freddy vs Jason movie? I read a possible script for it, butI havent heard anything about it.

Freddy Vs. Jason is currently rollng in Canada (that should give you an idea of the budget) under the direction of Ronny Yu (Bride Of Chucky, Formula 51). Robert Englund is back as Freddy, but Kane Hodder is not playing Jason. The plot revolves around a group of teenagers who plan to get Freddy and Jason kill each other. I read three proposed scripts, and none were that special. Hopefully they're using a winner.
No clue on the film [though it sounds a little bit like THE SINFUL NUNS OF ST. VALENTINE, except I don't think the woman actually was strangled in that one.]
I believe the best dubs of CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST are the ones made from a recent laserdisc that includes an interview with Deodato....
