Title: Earth to the Moon (1950's)
Post by: Scott on May 12, 2001, 09:06:26 AM
Is EARTH TO THE MOON any good? Has anyone seen it? It is playing on TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES on Tuesday. Whats with TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES they never show any Sci-Fi or Horror films?

You'll probably want to catch it (I'm going to tape the sucker) just to get the film under your belt.  It reminds me a lot of "First Men in the Moon" and that is a much more enjoyable flick.

Yes, I did like THE FIRST MEN IN THE MOON. Just seen it this year when I rented it from Hollywood video (the best rental store in our area).

I am on a sort of non-stop movie marathon. Every time I'm near a video store I pick up a tape or two, then watch them as soon as I have a free moment, usually after 10pm which causes me to fall a sleep only to rewind and complete the film the next morning.

I will be seeing EARTH TO THE MOON this week.  AMC showed DESTINATION MOON a couple months ago and I missed my chance to see this much read about film for myself.
