I think so. I own a copy, maybe I'll do it. Been itching to watch it again anyway. Personally I think that it's the best of the sequels.... :0 !!!

Trivia - the screenwriter was one Gail Morgan Hickman, who also wrote the Dirty Harry thriller The Enforcer and is co-creator of the PAX series Just Cause.
