In which movie does it appear? I'd say your stronger chances of getting it are to get a Desktop Theme from that movie. Themeworld.com is a good place to start, and there's always Google if that fails.
search for something like dun_dun_dun.wav or something hehehe. I know what kind of sound you are talking about, its a very generic sound I'm sure you gound fine many variations on it somewhere on the net.
