Title: Incubus
Post by: Alisa on May 22, 2001, 09:22:54 AM
No, no. not the band....has anyone had a chance to  see the movie Incubus...William Shatner pre- Star Trek.  I enjoyed the movie, and found it humorous that William Shatner not only pauses when he normally talks, he also pauses when he speaks a different language.

And except for the, ahm, goat-demon at the end it's a pretty slick film.  Jonathan from Entertainment Insiders was kind enough to give me a copy when we had dinner together.  The story behind it (they interviewed the producer) is pretty neat too.

Isn't that the film they made to promote Esperanto ?

I don't think they used that language in the movie to promote it.  Apparently Incubus was the only film to ever use Esperanto.

I though INCUBUS looked like a crappy NYU student film. It was so boring and artsy-fartsy i knew that while watching it not enough drugs in the world could make it interesting.
