Finally I finished FROGS. Its not one of my favorite B-Movies. The frogs actually don't do anything them selves except make noise and hope around. Snakes, Lizards, Alligators, and Spiders do most of the killing. Did anyone notice that many of those critters didn't belong in southern swampy region that the movie takes place it. A couple scenes were "kinda" intense, but I could barely sit thru it. I was just hoping that something memoreable would happen. Well, I hope to see SQUIRM or SLUGS with the hope that they will have something more fun.
I'm finding it hard to keep up with all my AMC recorded movies. Like:
The Thing With Two Heads
Dracula: Pince of Darkness
Kronos
and from TCM
I Walked with a Zombie
Diary of a Madman
Just to let you know...in my humble opinion, Squirm has very few redeeming characteristics..except for over-Southern people and a really (not intentionally) funny village idiot. Your best bet: Watch the MST3K version. Still comes on the Sci Fi channel every once in awhile.
ahh...squirm...
get ready for the terror that is Wormface. definitely one of the
greatest screen villians of all time.
maybe...
wow, frogs is one of my alltime favorites...eventhough story is poor- has some great secenes. lad y getting swamped, guy getting webbed by the spider and many others...think if it had a bigger budget could've been excellent..
man i love squirm, maybe just for nostalgic value but you can't beat a film about killer worms. I watched Frogs when i had an awful hangover one morning-BAD MISTAKE.

You and me both.
Well Scott, I did notice that most animals that killed people weren't from that area and that most of what I saw had no frog killings in it. For further detail on my dislike of this movie, conslut my review in the Submitted Reader Section. I'm not promoting it, but you do get a resonable look into my mind while I watched it. Also speaking of things that were wrong about the movie, did you notice that a decent amount of those frogs were actually toads? Ugh...
They filmed frogs in my local area, and toads are easier to find around here than frogs. They both like the swampy areas and the mosquitos and yellow flies in the summer, so it's all good.
