One question: why?
That's what I get for looking for something to watch at 2 a.m. And I thought Carnosaur was bad....
you ought to try waking at 3 am and turning on the tube to see "Judge Dredd" for the first time. I thought I was watching a kid's movie (like the transformers, only not a cartoon). I turned it off after 5 or 10 minutes. I discovered the next day that it was supposed to be a high-dollar, macho action film. Coulda fooled me. In fact, it did...
I don't quite know why, but I love that movie. It's just so insanely screwed up... If there's ever a Bill Paxton retrospective, they better include the scene where he has 3 400-lb women lick refried dog food off his body.
"Mr. I AM THE LAW!!!"
Rob Schneider was great in that one!
He did a good Stallone impression and made me laugh.
Dark Backwards is amazing. As for why, it is a demented morality tale with a somewhat sweet ending.

I liked it better the first time, when it was called Demolition Man.
Wandering out to the living room late at night, half asleep, and catching "Axion" was...interesting..
My favorite late night surfing moment was when I crashed on the couch at 3am and turned on the TV to find something to fall asleep to... And found Death Race 2000 for the first time on a local UHF station. I wound up watching the whole thing, not believing how cool the movie was.
