Post by: mdcarter on January 23, 2003, 09:57:41 PM
Ok, I just bought the Full Moon video of Parasite....the cover lists the following special features:
Theatrical Trailer
Audio Commentary by Charles Band
Still Photos from the Movie

I can't find ANY of these on the disc....are they hidden somewhere?

It's all a lie. Their is NO commentary from Charles Band, NO theatrical trailer, and NO still photos. And sadly, the version you have is panned-and-scanned from it's original 2.00:1 ratio!

If you can, take it back and get your money refunded. Then, get the Anchor Bay Entertainment DVD release of PARASITE that is in it's original 2.00:1 and has a theatrical trailer as an extra. I sure would have loved to have a commentary from Charles Band and still photos, but Anchor Bay's release is way better than the old Full Moon release.

I saw the trailer on the DVD. It's in the obvious spot with the rest of the Cult Video trailers.

really? Mine has 7 trailers in that section, all of them for the T&A stuff from various Band companies, but not Parasite...weird.

This is the last Full Moon dvd I buy....not that I have much choice seeing as how they seem to be fading into obscurity anyway...

I bought the damned thing to replace my old Wizard Video vhs version, which is in a huge-ass box and takes up too much space, but even that seems better than this now.

Well, I'm not sure. But I think it was there. Kinda wishing there was a commentary too.
