I seem to remember, as a wee child, seeing a clip from a strange-looking movie (or maybe a TV episode) on TV. From what I remember, a kid was watching an older guy do a puppet show inside a little booth, when the guy died and crashed through the front. The next scene had the kid going to a carnival to meet a gypsy, to (I assume) bring his/her friend back to life. At this point, I think I got weirded out and changed the channel (I was six at the most at the time). I'm 80% sure I didn't dream this (the reason I think I might have is that the guy was a dead ringer for the local dry-cleaner at the time). Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I saw it in the late 80s, on network TV (I think ABC, but I could be wrong).
Hey, don't feel to bad if it was a dream. I thought from 6th grade to 10th grade that New Kids on the Block, Kriss Kross, and other pop from the early 90's was a dream. Seriously. Sorry I can't help.
