I remember this movie (it may have been made for TV), it was actually a collection of them.
In one, the woman hit a hitchiker or a construction worker, but his dead body still tried to kill him. It was scary.
The other story had these teens who went to a lake and there was some sort of black organism that enveloped them. It scared me. Eventually they are stranded on a dock and all are eaten, except for one's ring which I guess it cant eat. The black thing even sucks them through the holes in the docks.
The stories are:

Both of these sound like they are from creepshow, which part I can't remember though
That hitchhiker bit killed when I was a kid! Oddly, there was a true case about a year ago where some lady hit a guy with her car, then parked, him in the garage for a few days. Always made me think of Creepshow 2.
man, thanks for the pictures, that black thing still scare me. But is this movie actually good or bad? either one is fine.

Compared to the first CREEPSHOW.....it sucks.
The hitchhiker segment was okay. Lois Chiles is the woman who hits the man. But the other stories were pretty lame, certainly the first one.

I liked the Raft, it reminded me of The Blob.
The "black organism" is from the segment called "The Raft." Based on a short story by Stephen King called "The Raft."
As to whether the film is good or not, it does star George Kennedy, which should give ome some idea of its "badness" factor.
As for what Deej said, that incident happened in the area in which I live in Texas. It was big news at the time, even making "The Today Show." The lady driver involved was indicted for her role in it. Murder, I beleive, but, as it has slipped out of the headlines, I'm not sure what was the fimal result,
