Not saying Walmart is a bad thing at all, but I found another store with MANY $5.99 DVD's. This is very strange for me, since I haven't bought a DVD in my life (VHS is my cup of tea), but when I found this enormous bin of DVD's all for $5.99 or $6.99, featuring such titles as It Came From Outer Space, The Snow Creature, Bela Lugosi Meets a Brooklyn Gorilla, and others of the same, I knew it was time for a change. The store you ask? Surprisingly, the FYE store in the mall. Yeah, the same place which sells some anime for $30.00 a tape, and CD's for $20.00 a piece, is selling DVD's at bargain prices. I got:
Eegah!
Teenagers From Outer Space
YES! EEGAH!! It's beautiful! Both add to my collection of un-Mst3k'd movies, and they are good additions. FYE is selling bargain DVD's in my town. Amazing!!

Yea, we have a store called Boscov's thats selling those titles and more at the same price. How is the quality of the DVD's Scott0? I didn't dare buy them because resently I bought a DVD by a different distributor as the ones your talking about of Bela Lugosi in SPOOKS RUN WILD also starring the Bowry Boys(East Side Kids) and the transfer quality was the worst ever.
By the way it's neat how Lugosi did comedy films with both the East Side Kids and Abbott and Costello.
I'm watching Eegah! right now (ARRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!) and this is great quality. Well, as great as the film it was shot on. This movie is absolutely terrible though!!!! How could anybody sit through this movie more than once is beyond me..... Ugghhhhhhhhhh............

Just finished the movie, and my head hurts. If this is the kind of movie it takes to really feel the pain of a bad movie, I don't know how many more I can handle. Eegah! is truly one of the worst movies I have ever seen. This makes Hobgoblins seem enjoyable. I quote Master Shake from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, "I think I need to go pray."

This is pretty crazy, I was about to post the same exact thing a couple of weeks ago. My FYE here at the local mall has a TON of DVD's in a little bin for cheap as well. Off of the top of my head, here are the titles that I remember:
Eegah! (Already mentioned, NOT the MST3K version)
Blind Fist of Bruce (I think that's what it's called.. a Bruce Lee ripoff)
Last Samurai (Some cool looking movie with Lance Henriksen. I bought it, but I have yet to watch it)
Street Fighter (Sonny Chiba, Diamond DVD)
And a bunch of other older kung fu movies and others as well. Some pretty decent titles can be found for the price.

Although this is about cheap DVDs that are NOT at Wal Mart, I feel it necessary to comment on the fact that I just watched Iron Monkey 2, and one of the assistant camera men was named Ho ****.
