Just did these image caps from the Morrisey/Warhol film HEAT. Been wondering about this for a LONG time now:
You'll no doubt recognize this house (the archway in particular, with those rows of columns) from many a horror movie, including THE DEATHMASTER, COUNT YORGA VAMPIRE, and BLACULA. Those glass doors are clearly and closely seen in a great shot in COUNT YORGA, with Robert Quarry standing in the doorway with lightning flashing outside. Does anyone know more about this house? (in HEAT, Sylvia Miles tells Joe Dallesandro a bit about the mansion, but I forget what she says and to whom she says it belonged to....or even if what she says is correct). Also, what other genre films has it been used in?
THANKS!

I don't know anything about the building . . . but that's my couch, dammit!
