What war movie do you think depicts the army most accurately, and which one is your favorite?

I cannot really comment on Army movies, because I am a Marine.

Now, as far as the generic military goes.  I have been watching my way through "Band of Brothers" and that is just superb along the lines of the squabbles, brotherhood, sorrow, and joy that you feel.  "Saving Private Ryan" did a great job too.  Now, I have never been anywhere near the harm's way that the characters depicted were in.  However, combat is loud, it is confusing, it is fast, and it is shocking.

"Full Metal Jacket" was a good look at Marine Corps Boot Camp.  They do not strike the recruits anymore though.

There is not, nor ought there be, a film to depict the horrors of war as vividly and accurately as FANTASY MISSION FORCE. ;)

I answered your question in a civil manner.

You should already know from the email that I sent you that I am unhappy with you right now.  If you want to play games and try to taunt me, I will just block you from the site.
