Title: Remember this show?
Post by: Feathertop on June 08, 2003, 05:29:21 PM
Remember SHADOW THEATRE, that show from about 1990 where they did some pretty decent overviews of various horror films and horror directors, especially the ones that were NOT mainstream!  It was hosted by Robert Englund (but not as Freddy Krueger) and was syndicated but I have had no luck finding episodes of the show for sell in any format.
Anyone know any place that sells these?  The Dario Argento episode was especially good.

I never saw that show. I remember Robert Englund's World of Horror though. Neither is listed on the IMDB.

Glad to see someone else remembers this show! It used to be a great way to expose reluctant friends to some non-mainstream horror films since the excerpts the program showed often got my friends interested in seeing the movie almost in spite of themselves.
