Oh Swell !!!! ANOTHER one to add to my list of Movies to be destroyed!!!! WHEN will someone PLEASE come up with an origional idea agian!!! Oh how I beg and plead!!!!!!
Nobody's really had an original story idea since Shakespeare. Everything since has just been in the presentation. Even movies people think of as great, for whatever your definition of 'great' is, are just retellings of older stories, done better.

i've been really annoyed lately with people trying to make a blade rip off type thing. this is mainly because i love that whole underworld idea. but if this is just a love story between beckinsale and speedman i'm going to be a sad fan. :(
everyground breaking new film is either based on old stories or books, or just adapted from other lesser known movies/styles/genre
eg matrix and terminator/japanimation. a kickass idea, and great follow through [though the second one was a little dissapointing] but not really original at all.
thats why alot of bmovies are great, alot are original ideas [perhaps based on some stories, such as werewolves and such] because they are so insane that nooone would think to do it.
