OK, I remember these movies so Ill describe them the best I can
MOVIE 1:
I saw this on the sci fi channel in the early 90s a teenage boy is bit by a snake or something and he slowly turns into a snake, well at least his skin turns to yellowish colored scales and his face is humanoid, like it looks like a snakes face but he still has hair and walks upright, etc.
MOVIE 2:
This is animated, a boy gets a sword from his father I think, and there is this evil sorcerer who turns this villages people into stone slaves, The boy meets a girl (Could be making this up) and they defeat the sorcerer and turn him into a wooden puppet and seal him in a bubble underneath the ocean/lake/body of water.
My memory is pretty shot on that one, Im going on memories from when I was 12.
Movie 2 I dunno, but the first kinda sounds like Sssssss, 1973 Strother Martin vehicle in which he plays a maniacal but kindly herpatologist who turns people into cobras. Dirk Benedict was the college student unfortunate enough to fall into Martin's beefy cluthches. I remember seeing this years ago and being rather creeped out by the SnakeMan and Seal Boy at a side show exhibit. Some good makeup effect by John Chambers, Nick Marcelino, and Dan Striepke
The first movie does sound like SSSS (http://imdb.com/title/tt0070622/). However, I'd bet it was The Curse 2: The Bite. (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0094929/)
