This, in absolute and utter seriousness, is the first pairing that sprang to mind:
Joe Don Baker and Dani Filth.  Go figure.

Christopher Walken and Richard E. Grant as lousy college professors who get caught peddling artifacts stolen from the museum and have to go on the lam. It's a road trip movie!

They're followed by one of their customers who bought an item from them that was cursed by an Apache medicine man and who now wants them dead. Could be played by Paul Rubens. Even though his assassination attempts seem fool-proof, the curse will kick in and he'll end up hurting himself and allowing the protagonists to escape.

Arnold Schwarzenegger & Arianna Huffington!

It could be a TV melodrama about sexual harrassment.

I'd have to go with a comedic pairing; Arnold Swharzenegger & Eddie Deezen.
