A recent thread made me think back to how long I have been visiting this website. I can't remember when I first found it, but I know I have been a consistent visitor for almost 3 years. I rarely post messages, but I stop by almost every day.
Who do you think has been here the longest? Besides Andrew of course.
I dunno , a couple of years. (I originally posted as "Jay O'Connor" before the profile stuff was implemented). I mostly remember stuff like that by where I worked or lived at the time
I can't say for sure, but it has to be close to three years for me too.
I think I discovered this site about a a year-and-a-half ago . . . maybe two years ago . . . I'm not really sure.
I "predate" profiles, but only by a year or so. That makes me three? maybe four? years here?
If I knew it was going to be brought up, I'd have been keeping better records...
I started posting here around April last year.
I found the site in '99 but never posted until 2001
Soon as I got on the super highway,this was one of my first,and favorite places to go! It"s only been a few months but I think it ROCKS!
I first came to this site in late 2000 around November or December so I guess that would make me nearly a 3 year veteran.
I believe I made my first post on this board the very day I discovered it. For those of you who read what I write on here, I can't sit idly by on a message board without being heard. Some topics I just don't know much about or don't care to participate in so I usually remain silent when it comes to those.
I do consider myself a little outspoken & prone to spout out my sometimes harsh opinion if I don't see eye to eye with either a thread, post or a person here. (usually I'm like that if I've been drinking or have had little sleep)
More than once I've come home from the bar hammered and read something on here that set me off for whatever reason. Know this...after I do such a thing, I always wake up in the morning wondering who here read what I wrote and do feel a little guilty sometimes.
But in all, I'm pretty fair and always apologize if I f**k up and p**s someone off which has happened more than a few times!
I pride myself on coming up with new & unusual topics to keep this place fresh.
You have to give me kudos for my crazy imagination!

A person at work told me about this site last year. He told me that Andrew might be able to name a movie I was searching for. Actually Apostic was able to help me out..I am most thankful to him and Andrew. I just started posting a few months ago. I have never done this on any other site and find that I really enjoy reading stuff you all write. So..keep up the good work.E.

Just did a quick search, and my first post was in July 2001. I was stopping by to read reviews for some time before I checked out the message board. Hard to believe this is the 905th post I've made here since then, not counting a few posted under a slightly different name.

I do believe I have been here for 4 years, maybe 3. I'm not too sure as my memory isn't too clear on it. I'll have to say 4 years.
Wow, I think I'm the longest because the first time I came here was in 1998....I used to post a lot more.
I'm up to a year now I think.
For me I think it was 1999. I don't remember exactly. I do remember asking Andrew to put live chat on the site and he did, but I don't think it was very popular as the messageboard is better for good inter-action of topics. It's hard to get people online all at the same time. It's nice to leave a post and check on it later. Not sure what year that was.
I remember finding the site and liking the clips. I see parts of a few films that I never seen before like:
Legend of the Seven Golden Vampires
Attack of the Crab Monsters (still haven't seen all of this one)
Angry Red Planet
and a quite a few others.
I'm not sure how long I've been here, but it's been at least a year and a half. So far, this will make post #1096 under this name. I have no idea how many messages I posted under just the name "John" before I registered. A search turns up close to 3000 posts, but that includes every name that includes john in it.
I've been frequenting the site for somewhere between four and five years now.
