Post by: KINGDINOSAUR on December 13, 2003, 04:31:27 AM
This is kind of rushing it for Christmas, but lovers of bad cinema now have something they can use to display their rotten taste in movies.BEHOLD!  The 8-inch tall bobble figure for MARK OF THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES:Front shot of MOTAZ bobble (http://kingd.hypermart.net/images/ColorBobbleFront.jpg)Side shot of MOTAZ bobble (http://kingd.hypermart.net/images/ColorBobbleSide.jpg)Back shot of MOTAZ bobble (http://kingd.hypermart.net/images/ColorBobbleBack.jpg)Each MARK OF THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES bobble figure will be signed and numbered by legendary writer/producer/director Ted V. Mikels!  A total of only 500 have been created.  No more will be made of this style.  Maybe no more EVER if we don't sell 'em!The great thing about these bobble figures is they are in correct proportion and join at the waist.  They move just like the real Astro-Zombies!  WOW!!!Cost per signed and numbered MOTAZ bobble figure is only $19.95 plus $5.50 Priority Mail shipping within the United States.  A special price of $32 (plus $6.00 Priority Mail within the U.S.) for one bobble figure & one signed VHS tape of the movie MARK OF THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES!Personal checks or money orders can be mailed to:Scott BlacksherP.O. Wait.I just read the review again and its says this is a remake. Why would someone remake a movie like this. Were they so impressed by how bad the first one was that they thought they could do one even worse?

Not a remake per se.  More like a quasi-sequel.  Ted V. Mikels created the original THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES back in 1968.  34 years later the same writer/director/producer, Ted V. Mikels, made MARK OF THE ASTRO-ZOMBIES.

Oy.
Remake or original, the cheese factory of Ted. V. Mikels has fermented some classic Fromage.
It takes a strong man to review those chedder chompers....fortunatly, Andrew is one of the strong.
