Title: eyeball movies
Post by: Johnny Z on January 05, 2004, 11:00:03 PM
I can't recall the title of this movie, but it was one of those after midnight movies on Cinemax. The movie was about an optometrist experimenting with a laser or something like that and it zapping this kid. Then the kid turns into a giant eyeball and goes on a rampage, pretty darn funny. First, does anyone recall the title of this movie and also what were some of your favorite eyeball movies?

Without a doubt THE CRAWLING EYE is one of my all time favorite b/w films. Also the eyeball creature in IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE is great even though they only show the eye occasionally.

Sounds like The Killer Eye (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0177886/) for Full Moon

That's the one. Has one of the funniest transformation scenes I have seen, all done with shadows instead of seeing the actual transformation of the body.

Terror Vision involved aliens zapping into a home through the satalllite dish.
Check Andrew's review.

No, The Crawling Eye is also known as The Trollenberg Terror. It's about strange happenings on a moutain.

My buddies and I watched "The Killer Eye"
and
"The Killer Tongue" on the same weekend.

Good times... Good Times...

Note: That does not mean that these are in any way a good movies.
