Anyone seen this movie? I love it and I was thinking about getting part 2... is it any good?

I'm also interested in some feed back on Black Mask 2.

The first one wass great. Confusing and odd as hell but great.

That said, the first one was just a small shove from being horrible.

For this reason, I have been unable to get myself to buy or rent part 2. I just have that feeling that it is  going to be nothing like the first and be terrible.

Note: Jet Li  is not in part two.

Question: is Black Mask 2 any good?

Answer: Even Jet Li wouldn't have made this a fantastic movie.

That being said, it was still damn entertaining, most sequels fail miserably, at least we knew that this one would be bad going into it.  Nothing too new or special in it, I guess, just same old same old, they don't really mess with the formula too much.

Worth a watch though.

I remember seeing BLACK MASK at the theater and it was good, but not great. The film wasn't connecting with the audience and all you had left was the neat underground atmosphere and the martial arts action of Jet Li which is very good.

Haven't seen that 2nd one yet.

Was Black Mask II the one with the guys changing into creatures at the end and fighting on the girders, or was that the first one?

I thought part 1 was dope.  Traci Lords is in part 2.

Well a little part took place on some girders, but then they moved to another room filled with gas and nobody turned into creatures or whatever you are saying :P
