Has anyone rented or purchased any of the "Santo" wrestling/horror movies on DVD? Are they any good (or at least entertaining, in a "bad movie" way). There are quite a few available, many going by the original Mexican titles. I'd like to get some feedback before I start buying them.
lol only seen one and it was on MST3k, under the title of "samson vs the vampire women". beautiful cheesy fun >:)

Also, the Super Argo flicks are fine cheese.
"Super Argo Vs. The faceless giants." Kinda another take on "The Robot Vs. The Aztec Mummy." Oh, it is to laugh!
They're kind of boring, maybe buy one- check it out and see if it's your cup of tea. I think there's better Mexican horror cheese out there though.
The best one that I've seen and purchased was SANTO VS THE VAMPIRE WOMEN. Some of them can be a tad boring, but all of them worth checking out. Again SANTO VS THE VAMPIRE WOMEN is a special one in my opinion. If you want to get a taste of them buy the $3.99 ones from Telefilms International instead of the more expsensive ones out there.
