Title: Help with a monkey and punks in a grave yard...

OK. Last night I remembered watching these 2 movies as a kid. (late 80s early 90s). The monkey movies I  just found (goggled "movie'', "monkey" and "wheelchair" and came up with "Monkey Shines (1988)" .

The other movie I remember VERY little. It was about some punk like leather wearing kids with mohawks who go to a cemetery start drinkking and having sex. Thats all I remember from that.

Any help, greatly appreciated.

yup, sounds like return of the living dead to me too. there's a scene like that.
