I found a video in the pre-owned cheapo section at Blockbuster you should catch. Can't remember the exact name, T-3000 or something very similar. Anyway, It's a super-low budget Terminator ripoff starring Billy Blanks (the Tae-Bo guy)!
Yup, T-2000. And if Blanks hadn't hit the big-time with Tae-Bo, he'd probably still be making stinker action flicks to pay the rent.
