This Hong Kong flick makes less sense than even the worst of the Kung Fu theater style movies and it stars a young Jackie Chan,check it out!
"Fantasy Mission Force" is one of those films that I like to call "hyper-confusing action." Lots of people running around, gunfire, the wounded jumping six feet into the air (white men can't jump, unless they've been shot), and silly scenes.
Example of a silly scene? Right at the beginning of the film: the one hobo guy chowing down at a restaurant while that crazy song blares.

I think the same guy did one called "Slave to the Sword" that I really liked. thin on plot but heavy on babes and tastefull scenery and without all the usual HK people basically playing themselves (Joey Wang, etc)
You should watch this film as double feature with the Seventh Curse starring Chow Yun Fat.
