Saw Jaws 2 on TV last night... not a very good sequal in my opinion, but one scene kind of struck me. When Brody finds the one sailboat adrift and boards it to find the girl who survived the attack, that actress - whoever she was - seemed to quite genuinely scared ouf of her mind! It was like the director threw her into an actual shark tank right before shooting the scene just to get her into character. Could be one of the best "scared" preformances I've seen. Any other really good ones come to mind?
Jaws 2 had it's moments, obviously jaws 3d ruined the franchise. Yeah when those kids get stranded wtiht he shark it was pretty suspensful, and believable in their reactions.
Jaws is a real example of a franchise that probably shouldn't have been - but at the same time, could have become passable.

The kids were pretty good and yet I didn't recognize a single one of them as having gone on to do anything after that.
the girl in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, when she was surrounded by the family, looked scared sh*tless, imho.
