BUBBA HO-TEP (2002) - This film made my day as Elvis and JFK (yes the former president himself) take on an ancient Egyptian Mummy in cowboy attire that his sucking out the souls from elderly people in a Texas retirement home. Bruce Campbell stars as Elvis in a one of a kind film. You'll laugh and want to cry as the film rings to true for words.

One of Campbell's better films. He is so into the Elvis role that it's hard to even tell it's him.
Same goes for Ossie Davis. He gave a seriously kick ass performance throughout. Great film. Slow throughout, but deliberatly so.
Well worth a rental.
My wife and I love love love love this movie --
Almost flawless low-budget fun -- My only complaint is I would've liked to have seen a few more closeups of Bubba himself, what with his great outfit over the rotting flesh --

I've seen this movie and it rocks!!! At first I thought the plot was ridiculous and I even wondered whether or not they could make it work. Boy was I pleasantly suprised. Bruce Campbell is a god.
