I rented this flick last month and it was absolutely brilliant, I'm talking bad here, even more bad than my Leprechaun Goes Down Under script, anyways on the cover was this weird al yankovich lookalike that had a rambo headband on and holding a huge gun, the title was "Dead Shot" and something along the lines of "This time he's taking revenge" or something.
So I rent it, when I put it on the video in no way resembled the cover, it was all made up, different actors but the scenario was the same. A very skinny cop with a moustache, (a bit like the Beasty Boys "Sabotage" clip) has to go against some bad dudes that smuggle dope, how to they smuggle? They stand on a corn field and some black guy drops the coke from a plane, but they hadn't counted on mr. moustache that comes outof the bushes, he camouflaged his car with leaves, how clever, chirping tires on mud? Sure...
Anyways, the openingtitle of the movie is Shot or "The Shot". It's from the mid 70's I think?
I can't find anything on the imdb, I have no clue, I rented this flick in Belgium (Europe) so the the cover might be not the same, but it's an american movie, very cheaply filmed.
Anyone a clue?
Thanks
Please post a reply, I'd love to know what this baby was called in the us.
Oh, I forgot to mention that this movie is in black and white.
