Well, I saw about 250 films in 2004 and it's a hard struggle finding the time to view them. This is extremely hard work and one must stay fit in order to keep the pace. You should have a complete exercise program designed for optimun movie viewing. Watch your diet and be sure to get in some running, push-ups,  sit-ups, and other forms of exercise during the day to keep those muscles tone. Remember not to eat to many snacks and when eating main meals keep them moderate by not filling up to much and stay focused on your movie viewing.

I have several exercise routines I practice during the day: 1) Stand-ups, I do this whenever I stand up after sitting down. 2) The Open-close, I usually practice this with the refrigerator door. 3) The Reach-n-haggle, I do this whenever I cannot reach the remote; I talk somebody into handing it to me. 4) And of course the all important Leg-lifts, I find it helps to prevent injury if you have a device to rest the legs after the lift; a footstool works perfectly for this purpose. I hope that I have given you some helpful exercise tips.

Don't forget the digit dexterity exercises for quick manipulation of remote control buttons. One should also practice switching between the remotes for the TV, VCR, DVD, home theater sound system, digital cable, etc. Universal remotes are for the weak, or the better organized. I always get those two confused.
