Ok, it's been years since I've seen this so work with me.
I believe it was made in the early-mid 80's.
It was about a guy who creates a time machine. He travels into the future and Jack The Ripper follows him....the name of the film had something to do with Time....can't quite remember it though...damn.
Sounds like TIME AFTER TIME...

TIME AFTER TIME, another cool flick. Whoever comes up with brillint stuff like this should be aloud to do whatever kind of movie he wants, with the budget he wants. People shouldn't look down on the movies like the ones on this site(ok maybe some of them) but you have to give them credit for putting all of their imagination and energy into giving us a HELL ofa movie!
