Looks to be a classic! not really but it's looks campy as hell.
Cool monster though, not CG, thank god.
It's directed by the guy who made the superb "The Gate" (1987), by the way. Whatever happened to him? he no longer makes good movies! grrr!

I found about this a while back and downloaded the trailer. It is actually an interesting looking monster. On the trailer I saw it actually showed the title Mosquito Man.
Tony Garner's behind the creature effects for Mansquito, and he also did the effects for Seed of Chucky and lots of other big-budget stuff.
But from what I understand, the producers weren't fully satisfied with the Manquito costume and went back and CGI'd out the monster from the waist down to make it more monstrous. And to guarantee it looks like a bad live action/CGI hybrid.
