I was just watching Slave Girls From Beyond Infinity the other day, and noticed that Cindy Beal (Tisa, one of the two starring roles), was never in any other movie except for My Cheauffer, where she was apparently little more than an extra. One of my favorite bad actresses, just disappeared after that one film.

Any others?

Probably Sarah Berry from Evil Dead 2. She isn't listed in any other films on the IMDb.

My friend knows a guy who played one of the kids in Lord of the flies...he's like a lawyer now or something but was never in anything besides that one movie.

Carrie Henn.

She played Newt on Aliens.
She never did another film again.

Peter Ostrum, Charlie in "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" is usually the most famous example of "made one film, bat a thousand" actors.
