I would have to say:

JAWS:

-Bruce smashes the Orca
-Quint's death
-Ben Gardener's head "suprises" Hooper

DEEP BLUE SEA:

-The Big One attacks the scientist and rips off his arm
-Samuel L. Jackson's death
-L L Cool J stuck in kitchen
-Jaws reference No. 67 (final shark blows up)

Well, that is all I could think of.
