Title: Dead-End Drive In (1986)
Post by: Mofo Rising on February 18, 2005, 06:40:44 PM
Just got done watching Dead-End Drive In (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090915/) last night, which was very 80's, but enjoyable enough.

One question though: Who in the world is the person on the cover?  There's this guy on the box and the movie poster who is sort of a cross between Adam Ant and the Crow.  The cover's pretty distinctive (you can see it in the link above), but as far as I can tell, the guy is not in the movie at all, nor has anything to do with the film.  What gives?

Quick plug: Read Joe R. Lansdale's The Drive-In (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/078670442X/qid=1108769964/sr=8-3/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i3_xgl14/104-7032261-0747940?v=glance&s=books&n=507846).  Nothing to do with the above, just a good book.
