Title: Raptor (2001)
Post by: ssvegita on December 02, 2001, 05:03:30 PM
Oh my, this is the biggest disaster i have witnessed in years. Why? Well there are 3 big reasons why

1) First of all the story is happening at the same time as the first Carnosaur but they change the whole freaking story!!!!!!! 90% of the story is new and it smells like Alien Dead.

2) They Pirated seens from the second Carnosaur ( my personal favorite) and glued them in during the finale and its very clear that they did that. You can tell when the lens goes from a factory to the underground mine!

3) This one p**sed me off the most, everyone knows that Carnosaur 1 and 2 had the tractor fight with the t-rex right? well they pirate the first one and then try to shimmy the second tractor part in after to do the finale de la grande but its clear when the Bob cat goes into a skiff loader magically. The T rex also changes skin tone and the factory dissapears and the "reappears".

Andrew, somebody ,watch this movie and tell me that im wrong and this movie has no tie in with one of favorite b movie series.

I haven't seen Raptor, but it sounds awful. I hate it when they take footage from one movie and stick it in another movie, even if it doesn't fit. That's worse than using a plot that's already been used a thousand times before. Because, it may be the same plot, but dammit at least it's new footage. Lazy bastards!
