Just came back from seeing this and well I was not impressed. Well let give a plot summary and I will explain myself. Jet Li plays "Danny" a person trained since he was little to just fight and obey Bob ( Bob Hopkins). Bob uses him as a enforcer
"dog" to collect money. Basically Bob takes the collar off tells him to kill and Jet Li does his thing. During one mission he meets up with piano tuner Sam (Morgan Freeman) and later when Bob is attacked, Danny escapes to Sam were he starts to live with him and his adapoted daughter and discovers whats its like to be "human" and have a "family" and does not want to fight anymore.
Last line soundes cliched and corny right? Well expect alot of that. When he starts to live with Sam, It bascially him discovers his "humanity" which has been done to death and I was getting annoyed. I would have forgiven the entire thing because fighting movies are not really know for plot. Ahh yes the fighting. Its fast and furious(meaning short) and it really does feel like a animal is fighting. Too bad theirs not many of them and only 2 of them are worth the price of admission.
Overall I think I was expecting to much and was let down. Don't get me wrong It is better than alot of Jet Li outings but its still just a "ok" movie. If you really want to see it I suggest a wait and rent.

Bugger, well at least I liked the soundtrack, even if it is wierd and kinda wacky.
