There's a little music motif that I keep hearing periodically in different movie/tv scores and would like to identify if possible. First time I heard it was its use in the third season of STATIC SHOCK, as a sort of intro or segue into the theme song by Lil' Romeo. I know I've also heard this bit used in at least a couple of other Warner Bros. animated shows (probably in DUCK DODGERS and BABY LOONEY TUNES, I think). Last night on SciFi, I heard it used in the opening main titles music for PYTHONS 2.

Anyone recognize what this is.....Is it stock library music of some sort, or possibly something from a classical piece? I'm really curious to find out about this!
