Title: Made For TV Movie (??) Early 80's??
Post by: Anonymous User on July 24, 2005, 04:25:00 PM
When I was a little kid I remember seeing a moving on TV (CBS) I think. It was a scary movie and I have looked for it anyway I can, and hope someone can tell me what it is? The movie was about a haunted house (mansion). There was an old black woman who appeared in the movie who was psychic. The opening scene to the movie was two teens making out on the grass. The waterhose sprayed them. This scared them off. Someone staying in the house also took a shower and there was blood coming out of the shower head. All kinds of creepy things happened throughout the movie. The other memorable moment in the film was toward the end when someone was trying to escape from the house in a car. The big iron gate smashed them as they went through it. I am sure the movie was made for tv because this was before VCR's were common. It had to be between 1979 and 1982 that it aired. I anyone can help me with a movie title, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,

Ciella in Vegas

Could it possibly be HELL NIGHT (1981) which starred Linda Blair?

I don't think it was "Hell Night," which I have seen. Except for the part of the car smashing into the gate, I don't remember any of those other scenes being in "Hell Night." While the movie does sound familiar to me. I don't remember enough about it, or from the description, to be able to search for it.

The car smashing through the gate I recall, but I too cannot recall a psychic in the film HELL NIGHT.
