Roger has made a deal with the Mouse. I hope it means some of his stuff will be easier to find and the quality of the disks will be better.

I'm shocked! But in a way I'm not. I remember in his book (from 1990), Corman wrote about trying to get away from distributing when he sold New World. Then the market changed with video and cable and New Horizons/Concorde were distrubuting. Maybe he's tired of it again? He is nearly 80 and still personally produces 2-4 pictures a year.
I'm not too surprised. Like any media conglomerate, Disney is looking for anything that might make them a little more money, and--obviously--they think this might do it. And, of course, there is certainly a backlog of Corman films, as he has only been acting in, directing, producing, and writing films for over fifty years.

Yeah, but for his movies that means just a total of a month to month and a half of work per year...
LOL! But, Freep, what I meant was that it's not just his employees doing all of the producing.
Finally, Humanoids from the Deep can sit beside The Little Mermaid! Snow White & The Seven Draws alongside Viking Women & The Sea Serpent! Corman, you truly have arrived!
