Andy, check out www.badmovies.de. It seems some German thought that your site was a very good idea, and decided to do something similar. To his credit, he does have nudity in his reviews.
Alex
Hell, the Germans have nudity in billboard ads for catfood!
Even the serious news magazines have some seriously naked advertising in there --

Strangely enough, I think that's a very important difference... depending on what film you're watching...
Check out the movie titles on badmovies.de ! 95% of the films there are not reviewed on badmovies.org.
Besides, isn´t it a proper image for a badmovie-site to be a rip-off ? :P
I must say, quite a lot of the films reviewed look promising. Attack of the Killer Hog, for one.
What the hell?
Killer Hog looks like it's about a puppet hog, probably used by an insane person that goes berserk.
When are we going to get a ,at least some what, decent movie with killer pigs?
Pigs just doesn't look like it'll please me.
Hey did anybody check out Alyas Batman en Robin, the Phillipine musical?
Looks like they reviewa a lot of really, really bad movies.
And Andrew doesn't have Pucki, the Badmovie Cat!!
Hilarious!

Well, as far as I can make out (it's a lot of text) it is about a possessed plush doll that goes about killing people in preparation of an invasion of aliens, which is foiled by a cop who turns out to be the son of Elvis, Elvis being the reason the aliens invaded anyway. Seems that the alien females are crazy about Elvis, prompting the males to go to earth and find out the secret of his succes.
Oh yes, there are also transvestites, pygmies, a vampiric rabbi, a weird drug, a satanic sect, a couple with sexual problems and a lightsaber duel.
Cool site! And I can brush up on my German!
Is there an english version of the site?
Just Babelfish it, bra. The horrible translation reminds me of pre-Crouching tiger subtitles.
Thanks for the heads up.
If I can remember anything from my high school German, some of the funniest stuff seems to be the captions for the pictures.
Interestingly, the reviewer covers many of the films, also covered by Andrew at this website.
I was especially interested in the ratings for "Plan 9 from Outer Space." It seems the Germans can appreciate "badness," as much as we can.
Badness is a universal concept. It takes a special kind of person to appreciate it and nationality has nothing to do with it....
I don't know. I agree that badness is an universal concept, but there are some nationalities, say like my relatives on my father's side, all of whom are German, both his mother's and his father's. All of whom are fairly stolid, with none of them having much of a sense of humor.
Sounds like Texas state troopers..

Yes, badness is "international" ! And here in Germany, we have a lot of badmovie-sites!
For example:
www.monstercon.de (a site for Godzilla/SciFi-Trash-fans)
www.thrashzombies.de
www.haikosfilmlexikon.de
