Got the DvD of NOTL last Friday.
Made for a n amusing weekend for sure.
Two Starfleet doctors, some action music that reminded me of Alexander Courage, and a mosner concept to riff on for days.
Any oppinions?
I've rhapsodised over this one before.
My favorite part is still the slow-motion bunnies in the tunnel -- One with ears so floppy he steps on them! Now that's TERROR!!

I've got little to add to my previous posts on this. There are some awesome moments, like when the scientist and the cowboy (I forget the names) are in the tunnels and one says to the 'perhaps we ought to markt the exit in case we want to get out in a hurry' or words to that effect.
I have to wonder who was under the influence of what when this movie got greenlit. Jeebus, is it pure steaming crap! More than a rabbit pellet, though...

Who *wouldn't* greenlight a movie like this? Were I a studio exec, I would pass on any Tom Cruise movie, just to make an evenier crappier remake of this! :)
I saw this on latenight TBS years ago, but forgot the name. I am tickled to think it's available on dvd.

The Tom Cruise remake sounds like a good idea, then we could watch him get nibbled to death.
