Still think that squirrel that came after me and my daughter was just playing around?
Killer Squirrels (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/4489792.stm)
Man, I can hear the screenplay for a SciFi original being typed as we speak. Hey you didn't mention the Chipmunk attack.
I neglected the chipmunks because I don't see them as evil little creatures since I was never attacked by one. If you recall the horror story I posted back in September about the little squirrel, you'll know my new found hatred of squirrels. Seriously, it did affect my daughter. She's always worried about the squirrel coming after her when she's outside. I told her I killed them but she doesn't believe me. Oh well.
Hey I got a bat in my hair once, so I can relate to her paranoia.
Oh, my....its like a Troma plot!
A Russian killer squirrell....a PACK or Russian killer Squirrells.....que ominous music....
Don't tell me this a picknicking accident!
Soon to be on the Sci-Fi channel....
MMM squirrel taste goood....
Yeah, I can see this being a flic. Killer Radioactive Russian Squirrel.
That's it, of course! Radioactive squirrels. Have a look at the map. Now how far is that exactly from the Russian nuclear submarine base where radiation had been seeping into the environment for decades? They've mutated! They're coming to get you!
Titles, we need titles, people!
Hummmm....
NUTZ!
NIGHT OF THE ( Scientific names for squirrels)
DEATH HAD A BUSHY TAIL.
I need help here....
Obviously these two incidents are just probes. The squirrels are testing our defenses. And while I've got squirrels in my back yard, I have a dog, my next door neighbor has a dog, and two houses kitty-corner to me have 2 (Rottweiler & Irish setter) and 4 dogs, respectively. It's quite hilarious when the squirrels run down the powerlines, there are up to ten dogs looking up and barking their heads off. The squirrels will leave us alone.
Am I the only one who ever ate squirrel?

So, it's your fault the furry buggers are exacting their revenge on us! I say we sacrifice you to the dark squirrel lord before they destroy us!

The question should be are you the only one who has ever eaten a live squirrel. That's more interesting, and appropriately disturbing. As for me, I haven't even seen a squirrel in the wild before, so, dang, the opportunity just isnt there for me!

Well that's because you live in OZ dude!
You don't have squirrels Down Under.
If you did, they'd be giant meat-eating squirrels and be 3 times bigger than they are here in the U.S..
They'd be the size of a small dog.
Every animal in OZ is extra dangerous than anywhere else on earth it seems.
I remember shooting a squirrel with a cheap BB gun when I was a kid.
It was one of those BB guns where you could actually see the BB fly out and watch where it'd hit because it was so low powered.
I shot that squirrel and the BB hit it right above its eyes.
Right on the forehead.
The BB ruffled its fur and it took off.
I remember laughing my ass off.
I see by your posting on the board that you must have come to terms with the changes that were made. Mighty big of you to do so.
We have attack squirrels in our local town park. They are very aggressive and when I first encountered them I thought they were rabid or somehthing, but after seeing them a few times I realised they where looking for snacks as people must be feeding them a lot. My first response to them is to run away because the are so small and you might miss if you kick them or they might run right up your leg and bite ya.
It would make a real wacky movie ATTACK SQUIRRELS ! ! ! (2005) . Tagline - "People thought they were nuts........."
A squirrell did the phone pole thing with our dog, when i was a kid...i just knew was laughing at our dog, and thinking "Who higher on the food chain NOW, ya Mutt!"
