Does anyone know where I can get the B-Movie rarity Human Highway by Neil Young and Devo cheaply?

I havn't been able to see it, but I've heard it's great B-movie production.

Also, Devo's segment is included as a music video on Rhino's "We're All Devo" tape (The song, incidentally, is "It Takes A Worried Man")
