Most of the Dune Series.  I enjoy the complexity of the series but was missing some of the other books like Children of Dune, God Emperor of Dune, and the more recent ones from his son.  Also, got The Electric Church by Jeff Sommers.  I enjoyed the book reading it before but I think there is more to it that I missed other then the basic plot.

I rarely buy books anymore, though I sometimes get them as gifts.  I used to haunt used bookstores and be a book-buying addict and, quite simply, I ran out of space to store all the volumes I had.  I've given away boxes and boxes to the library, and I still have more boxes stored in the attic.

I make it a point to take advantage of the local library, though.  I'd love to start a massive book collection again someday when I have space.

Oh you do not want me to start: I am the 'crazy book lady' who comes home from the library sale with cartons full!  I only keep the good ones, though.

I used to love them but haven't been in awhile.  I used to buy old textbooks that were only a couple years old not science but math and languages and such.  I also bought an extremely cheap reprint of the first edition of Grey's Anatomy for a buck.

I hit booksale at the Library in which every book was 50 cents.  Bargains ahoy!

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Vol. 1 and a random Gundam series that I only got because there was actually a volume 1 for once.

The JLA Deluxe Edition Vol. 3

But seriously though, the most recent enjoyable book I've purchased was Catcher in the Rye by Salinger.

Catherine Walker's autobiography ~ the dress designer to the Princess of Wales. There are some stunningly beautiful dresses in that book worn by an equally stunningly beautiful woman.

I read that in 1984, my final year of high school in Zimbabwe.

Finally with the right amount coupons used (in which I got this book for free), I have bought this!

If you haven't read it yet, you got to check it out.  Probably the best fantasy comic I ever read.
